- 4 sets at the same weight
- Focus should be on pulling the slack out of the bar before lifting
- Quick on the way up
- Controlled on the way down
- No touch-and-go reps

3 minute ME alternating burpees (tag mandatory!)

3 minute ME air squats (each performs a set of 10 UB before tagging)

3 minute ME russian KB swings (24 /16)
Tag after 10 reps UB each

3 minute ME pull-ups (tag before switching)
