2 kipping Handstand Push Up
2 double kettlebell snatch @ 2x20/2x12
F: Negative handstand push up and single arm kettlebell snatch @12/8
C: strict HSPU and @24/16
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2: Every 4 minutes for 24-26 minutes. Partner A starts at 0 and partner B 2 minutes later. Switch from rower to AB each round.
