Skill  Double unders Strength Weighted pull up 5,5,5,5,5 If you cannot do 5 strict pull ups (chin ups are also fine), use bodyweight only. If you cannot do any pull ups use a band and if necessary increase the reps. WOD 3 rounds 15 power cleans 15 burpees
