We at CrossFit GVA want you to become stronger, leaner, faster, and more coordinated. We help mould our clients into better functioning beings. The mix of gymnastics (body control), weightlifting (control of external objects), and cardiovascular training in as many ways as possible is proven enhance and promote your well-being.

Every time you come in the gym you will be coached, as unlike most gyms we believe that constant quality coaching provides you with better results. This is not unique to CrossFit GVA but rather the philosophy of CrossFit itself understanding and proving that quality coaching provides better and quicker results.

The workouts are always challenging and never boring. Our group and private training sessions are all coached by a CrossFit Certified trainer. Each workout is scaled by load and intensity but not by kind. All fitness levels from amateur athletes to grandmothers can participate in the same class. The coaching is supportive, enthusiastic and welcoming to anyone who is willing to focus and put in the work.

CrossFit is not your ordinary workout. But it is for ordinary people looking for dramatic results. What is CrossFit?

The best way to understand and appreciate CrossFit is to come along for our trial fundamantals sessions and give it a go. We’ll introduce you to what CrossFit is about and even give you a taste of things to come. Before you know it you’ll be wondering why you’ve haven’t tried this before.
