1 hang clean, 1 clean, 1 pause jerk, 1 jerk

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds

5 hang squat cleans 60/40kgs

12 pull ups

The hang squat cleans must be done unbroken. If the set is broken or the bar dropped there is a 15 burpee penalty
