In 8 mins work up to a heavy set of 3 in the push press

Rest 5 minutes

In 7 minutes as many rounds as possible of 10 toes to bar/10 kettlebell snatch 24/16kgs

Rest 4 minutes

In 6 minutes as many rounds as possible of 10 toes to bar/10 push press 40/30kgs

Rest 3 minutes

In 5 minutes as many rounds as possible of 10 pull ups/10 thrusters 40/30kgs

Rest 2 mins

In 4 minutes as many burpees as possible

Score is total reps (1kg in the push press = 1 rep)
