Most of our members found CrossFit by watching videos on the internet and most of them had the same reaction, “CrossFit is not for me, I’m not good enough”. However, there is no minimum level required to start CrossFit. CrossFit is designed to improve your fitness and that means that it is infinitely adaptable to all ages and abilities.
The free trial is a personal introduction to CrossFit. The trial will be in a small group format with one of our head coaches. The coach will teach you some simple CrossFit movements based on your current fitness levels and at the end of the class you will do a short CrossFit workout to get a taste of a high intensity workout.
The free trial is for people of all fitness abilities. Regardless of whether you have been a gym bunny for years or have never set foot inside a training facility, you can come and do a free trial with us.
Just your regular sports clothing, a positive attitude and a willingness to sweat !
If at the end of your free trial you would like to try CrossFit, you need to sign up for our fundamentals course. This consists of 3 hours of instruction over 2 sessions where you will learn the basic movements in CrossFit. After you have completed these 2 sessions, you have 1 month of unlimited access to all our classes.
You can use this month to try CrossFit and see if it is for you. If after the month you want to continue, we will advise you on a membership program that fits your needs.
The fundamentals alternate from week to week between our rue de Lyon and Acacias locations. At the end of your free trial, we will give you all the upcoming dates.
