If at the end of your free trial you would like to try CrossFit, you need to sign up for our fundamentals course. This consists of 3 hours of instruction over 2 sessions where you will learn the basic movements in CrossFit. After you have completed these 2 sessions, you have 1 month of unlimited access to all our classes.
You can use this month to try CrossFit and see if it is for you. If after the month you want to continue, we will advise you on a membership program that fits your needs.
The fundamentals alternate from week to week between our rue de Lyon and Acacias locations. At the end of your free trial, we will give you all the upcoming dates.
Yes! You will also get 1 free scan with our body composition machine as well as a reduced offer for our one-on-one nutrition coaching.
