Step 1: Free trial lesson

The trial class is an introduction that will give you a taste of CrossFit. In a small group, the coach will show you a few simple movements and then take you through a few cardio-boosting routines without weights.

Step 2: Fundamentals

If at the end of your trial session you want to continue, you'll need to sign up for our "fundamentals" module. This consists of 3 hours of compulsory classes spread over 2 days, during which you'll learn the main movements used in CrossFit.
At the end of this module, you'll have 1 month's unlimited access to all courses in our 2 rooms for CHF 200.
This discovery phase will enable you to find out if CrossFit is right for you and if you want to continue. If so, we'll advise you on the membership best suited to your needs.
