For over 14 years, CrossFit GVA has been putting all its expertise and passion into helping its members achieve their fitness and health goals. We uphold fundamental values such as humility, inclusion, and community.

CrossFit is a way of working out and improving physical and mental condition. based on functional movements (used in everyday life), constantly constantly varied, high-intensity movements.

Is CrossFit for me?

Most of our members discovered CrossFit by watching videos on the videos on the Internet and their first reaction was: "it's not for me, I don't have the level". I don't have the level". I already do another sport, is it compatible?

Many of our members practice another sport (martial arts, team sports, running...). They use CrossFit as part of their physical preparation to enhance their performance in their chosen sport.
